Introducing the Floor Land Trade Hub in Warrington
We’ve just opened the doors to our brand new warehouse, now operating as the Floor Land Trade Hub, located at 18 The Wharf Industrial Estate, Warrington, WA1 2HT. This new site is a big move for us — built to support our growing trade customer base and to handle the logistics for our busy online store.
The new Trade Hub isn’t just a warehouse — it’s a key part of how we’re improving the way we work. It gives local tradespeople, fitters, and flooring professionals a place to collect materials quickly and easily, without the usual wait.
It’s also where we’ll be handling all our online orders — from packing to dispatch — making sure customers all over the UK get their flooring on time.
And behind the scenes, it’s where we’ll be keeping stock moving and making sure everything runs smoothly, from logistics to customer support.
We are committed to offering high quality, low cost flooring solutions — whether for domestic homes, commercial premises, or anything in between — and the Trade Hub will help us deliver on that promise more efficiently.
A Stunning New Showroom in Cockhedge Shopping Park
Our growth doesn’t stop at logistics. We’ve also just opened a large new showroom inside Cockhedge Shopping Park – Floor Land, located within the shopping mall facing the exit of ASDA. This showroom is designed to showcase luxury, brand-name flooring in a beautiful, hands-on environment where customers can truly see and feel the quality before they buy.
In our new showroom you’ll find:
High-end brands including Quick Step, Floorify, Balterio, Elka, and our new collection of Malmo luxury vinyl tiles (LVT)
